Will there be a pledge manager after the project ends?
Yes, we will be using BackerKit to manage everything afterward. If you add-on money for other sets that are listed here on the project page, you wil be able to designate what those funds are for in the BackerKit survey, which is expected to come out 2-3 weeks after the project ends.

Does this mean that we can pledge at a lower level and then add money in BackerKit to create our final pledge?
Yes, you can do that if you wish. You should know though, that the BackerKit pledge manager will have to close after a couple of weeks though, as we need your final pledges to determine production quantities. Any pledge manager surveys that are not submitted by the deadline (TBD) will be reopened at the time of project fulfillment, although there may be more limited options at that time, based on stock. Please make sure you complete your BackerKit surveys when they come out! :-)

Will these Architects workers fit in the new Guildhall in Age of Artisans, since it has recessed spots for the meeples?
Yes, our Architects workers are the exact same shape and size for this precise reason. There is plenty of space in Raiders for larger meeples with custom shapes, which is why we did those that way.

Can I add-on other items from our website (MeepleSource.com)?
Only the add-ons that we have listed here on the page are available to include with your pledge. We understand the desire to save even further on shipping costs, but for the purpose of keeping the fulfillment streamlined and manageable, we aren’t able to offer more than we have announced here

Are Kickstarter prices better than website prices on MeepleSource.com?
Kickstarter prices for pledge levels for our projects have always been priced lower than the pricing that we will need to have on our website for long-term sustainability. We expect that these meeples and resources will be no different.

Does the all-in level include the worker upgrade sets I need for Architects AND Viscounts? Or is it just one set that I'd have to share between the games?
The all in level has enough meeples for all of the games, but if you want to have separate worker meeples for each box you can do the add-on for the 80 additional pieces you would need for that. Our recommendation is to simply share the worker set between both games, but we also know that some people won’t prefer to do that.

What about other games, like Shipwrights, Explorers, and Paladins?
We added a really nice for Paladins later in the project, so please check it out! Depending on future interest for other related games not included in this project, we are willing to consider those options, but they won’t be included in this Kickstarter project.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
